CODE OF CONDUCT

Inclusive BBQ Events is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. We expect everyone to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects our core values of Give, Laugh, Que! To ensure that all attendees have an enjoyable experience, we have established the following code of conduct:

1. Respect: All individuals, including teams, organizers, representatives from the sanctioning body, spectators, and families are to be treated with respect at all times.  Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying towards anyone will not be tolerated.
2. Compliance: All individuals are expected to comply with the decisions of organizers and representatives from the sanctioning body. These decisions are made in the best interest of the event and all participants.
3. Safety: Any violent or threatening behavior towards anyone will not be tolerated. All individuals are expected to behave in a manner that ensures the safety of everyone at the event.
4. Sportsmanship: All individuals shall exhibit good sportsmanship and encourage others to do the same. Unsportsmanlike conduct or behavior that is disrespectful to other participants is unacceptable. 
5. Respectful Communication: All individuals will communicate in a respectful manner and avoid belittling or ridiculing anyone involved in the event. 
6. Positive Experience: Everyone is expected to do their part to ensure that the event is a positive experience for all involved. Everyone is expected to contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment. 

By following this code of conduct, we can ensure that Inclusive BBQ Events remains a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable community for everyone involved and allows us to Give, Laugh, Que. 

We organize a wide range of contests that work with various sanctioning bodies including Northeast Barbecue Society (NEBS), Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS), Steak Cookoff Association (SCA), and World Food. All events have a charity connection – BBQ Loves to Give Back. 

While all are welcome to visit our events, we do not serve the public. The reason for this is that there are many liabilities, and we want to keep you safe. You are welcome to ask questions, learn, and watch teams participate. Sorry, absolutely NO SAMPLES OR SALES! 

EVERYONE! We are Inclusive BBQ Events for a reason. We welcome all people to our events. Inclusive BBQ Events was founded on the goal that BBQ loves to give back and welcome all.

We love to focus on giving back.  As a general rule, BBQ Loves to Give Back. Our events have included a wide range of ways to give back toy drives, food drives, Veterans, and Neurodiversity. We are open to more collaborations.
